We are looking for a Creative Director to help us craft and curate a new visual landscape across digital, social, video, print and experiential channels. In doing so, we hope to increase consideration, conversion and engagement.

  • You’re a brand connoisseur with great taste.You draw inspiration from world-class hospitality and consumer brands and have experience building innovative creative campaigns for new products that redefine or challenge market norms.
  • You wake up thinking about the creative process. You are passionate about pushing the creative process forward and never settle for “that’s probably good enough”. You do everything you can to ensure campaign work maintains a consistent look and “voice” and are a pro at getting content delivered on time and on budget by both agencies and internal teams.
  • You wear more hats than a Kentucky Derby crowd. You are just as comfortable managing large-scale creative and media-buy budgets as you are creating an Instagram photoshoot list for our social photographer to capture at a Neighbor event.


The Creative Director will play a key role in the following: 

  • Art & Design Direction: We need your eye and visual taste buds to help activate our marketing strategy and 5-year plan. As a champion of forward thinking design, you will art produce graphic and digital design and production, ultimately helping us drive consideration and conversion to a whole new level! From original artwork, identity systems, digital and on property experiences, you will set the standard for the visual experience.
  • Creative Process Leadership: You will inspire new ideas and contribute to early stages of concepting, and oversee the creative development and final execution down to the last detail. You will set and maintain standards for deliverables and deadlines. You will inspire us with your ability to curate and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Creative Management: Working with Marketing leadership, you’ll help identify and prioritize requests and lead idea generation through creative solutioning. You will cultivate and guide creative teams, agency providers and freelancers, ensuring that project work is completed on brand, on time and on budget. You’ll help develop processes to encourage creative innovation and ensure quality control (proofing, reviewing and evaluating).

Our new Creative Director must possess the following experience, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in creative or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in visual curation and art direction for various mediums including content creation, video, digital and print.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, project/workflow management tools, and web design.
  • 8+ years’ experience as a creative in advertising or design for a leading consumer brand.
  • A strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns.
  • Agency experience preferred. In-house agency experience a plus.
  • Big picture thinking – you know how the little details impact the big picture, and can adjust the former to impact that latter.
  • Trusted advisor, gifted at providing constructive creative feedback on creative materials.
  • You are not afraid to break norms, create new things, and think differently. In fact, it’s kind of what you are known for.
  • You hate “agency” copy that says a lot without saying anything at all. You never veer from your storytelling instincts. Your written communication and presentation skills are top notch.
  • You can get scrappy: Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details.
