Your Role and Impact


Our Operations Team is searching for an Operations Services Coordinator to support the "behind the scenes" processes that keep our Neighborhood (property) operations running smoothly. You need to have an eye for detail and passion to always push for continuous improvement. In this role you will craft operating procedure documents, job aides, and internal company communications and resolving Operations Services HelpDesk tickets submitted by our Prometheans (employees) in the field. 


Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Document Administration – You make every detail count and count every detail. In addition to creating and updating POPs (Promethean Operating Procedures), job aides, construction materials, and other documents in conformance with our standards, you also update Neighbor (resident) document templates in our property management software platform, Onesite. 
  • Internal Communications  – You are a key voice that ensures our Prometheans in the field have all of the tools and resources they need to operate as effectively as possible. You provide our Prometheans with detailed updates of policy changes for our Operational News Letter, "Huddles From Home", and assist with leading webinars and new initiative rollouts. You also draft our weekly internal Company Newsletter, "Letters From Home" in our brand voice & tone.
  • Reporting & Tracking - You help ensure our leaders are all on the same page. You support our regional Portfolio Managers with their internal audit processes and provide quarterly updates to our senior Operations leaders on a variety of key metrics. You also assist the Operations Manager & Auditor with annual Neighborhood Audits and maintain additional Operations reports and trackers.



Here’s More of the Nitty-Gritty:

  • Your Experience - Property management operations are nothing new to you. You have been in the industry for at least the past one to three years already and have a demonstrated excellent analytical skills and the ability to grasp the key points from complicated details. You have a strong working knowledge of issues, procedures and practices associated with property management, real estate, construction and property accounting. You also have excellent writing skills and the ability to lead new projects to successful completion.
