Prometheans are here to revolutionize the apartment industry, and we have over 500 of them who choose to call us HOME for their career. At Prometheus we believe the employment relationship is a two way street. Yes, we want you to earn a fair day’s pay for the work you do but, more importantly, we want you to feel that Prometheus is a HOME for your ideas and a career that helps you grow.
Your Role and Impact
As the Training Coordinator, you will support the Learning & Development (Training) Team in our mission to “Revolutionize the Promethean Experience” by providing a variety of support to our training processes, strengthened by your passionate “people first” mindset. You will use your administrative skills to coordinate the ins-and-outs of our trainings workshops and help manage records in our Learning Management System (LMS). You also have a knack for design and graphics and would love to become a master in programs like Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint. More than anything, you have a enthusiasm for helping others around you grow and develop and are excited by a chance to chance to turn that training passion into a training career.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include:
Training Administration – Simply put, you will be the backbone of our training team. You will coordinate training sessions, including logistics, room scheduling, registration, room set-up and break down, and post-session survey follow-up. You will also become our in-house expert on our Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems we use to maintain our training records and launch eLearning solutions.
Instructional Design – You will play a key role in helping design new training workshops, communications, graphics, materials, and other learning tools that help make life better for our Prometheans. Not only will your work be creative and on-brand, but it will also incorporate important adult learning principles.
Training Support - You have a willingness to help our Prometheans inside and outside the L&D team in whatever way possible, including administrative tasks like invoice processing, ordering training supplies, and are always happy to walk our Prometheans through any challenges they are experiencing with our LMS.
Here’s More of the Nitty-Gritty:
Your Experience - Although you may never have worked as a Trainer before, you have already demonstrated an ability to help coach, grow, and develop others in a workplace setting. Your Education- A Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Performance Technologies, or Psychology.
